Discover The Top Ways to Create Healthy Boundaries

I remember in the beginning of my daughter’s addiction, I would go to support groups and they would say “you need to get some boundaries”.  I would leave there feeling lost, not sure what that actually even meant??

I am offering a very special, small intensive group coaching series, just on how to do this, and in a healthy and loving way.

  • Learn how to stay close in a loving way
  • Discover how to remove the chaos that affects you
  • Regain your inner strength, which in turn can help your loved one become stronger as well
  • Tools on how to communicate in a way that builds connection and healing

Click here for more information and to register, I would love for you to join us.  All sessions are done LIVE, via video conference, you can dial in from anywhere, via phone, tablet or laptop…easy peasy!

I am living a daily hell. My son is a drug addict. My husband and I have been enabling him for a very long time. Now I am afraid we will get a phone call or just as bad not get a phone call. Our lives are consumed with questions. Not sure where to start but something has got to give. We live in Canada and our health care system is flawed. We have a lot of “free” resources but with long waiting lists. I could sure use some words of wisdom right now.
